Florida State College at Jacksonville recently issued the following announcement.

WHAT: Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) will host its next Business Speaker Series event, “Digital Body Language: Collaborate Faster and Further, Together,” featuring

collaboration and teamwork expert Erica Dhawan. In her talk, she will combine cutting-edge research with engaging storytelling to decode the new signals and cues that have

replaced traditional body language across genders, generations and cultures.

Erica is the author of “Digital Body Language,” a Wall Street Journal bestseller, and has been called the “Oprah of Management Thinkers” by Thinkers50. She was awarded a

coveted spot on their list of the world’s top 50 management and business thought leaders in 2021, and Global Gurus named her one of the top 20 management experts around the

world. Erica is also the Founder and CEO of Cotential, a global organization that helps companies, leaders and managers leverage 21st-century collaboration skills and behaviors

to improve performance. She has degrees from Harvard University, MIT Sloan and The Wharton School.

All are welcome to attend this free in-person event. Breakfast will be provided for all attendees. Online registration is required. Visit fscj.edu/business-speakers to register and learn more.

The Business Speaker Series was made possible by a $250,000 commitment from First Florida Credit Union to support initiatives that will help local students and community

members become future business leaders. The funding helped launch the series and is bolstering the College’s Financial Skills Academy.
