February is American Heart Month. Every year, about 805,000 Americans have a heart attack. American Heart Month is a designated month to raise awareness about heart disease and how to prevent it. 

Join us for a discussion where we will be looking at our daily habits, supplements, and foods.  Presented by Florida Department of Health, Clay County.
