Integrative Health and Wellbeing in Person on May 5

Come learn how to improve your health and wellbeing and gain support in achieving your personal goals related to optimal health.

Each session will include a 30 minute yoga practice and mindfulness activity. Please wear light comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat & water.

Please join us for all 4 sessions

Session 1 – Physical Wellbeing: Thursday, May 5 – 10:00am – 11:30am

Session 2 – Social Wellbeing: Thursday, May 19 – 10:00am – 11:30 am

Session 3 -– Mental Wellbeing: Thursday, June 2  – 10:00am – 11:30 am
