Florida State College at Jacksonville recently issued the following announcement.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2021, 8AM

FSCJ students, is there an FSCJ professor whose course you really enjoy or a professor whose work and teaching inspires you?  Then nominate that professor (or your top three) to  present a “Last Lecture” during the Spring 2022 term.

To vote, enroll in the Student Life & Leadership Voting Canvas Course canvas.fscj.edu… to submit your nominations. Voting will be open until December 15, 2021.

A professor from each campus/center will be selected by FSCJ students and will then deliver a talk on any subject the professor chooses.  The presentations will be recorded for students that are not able to attend the live presentations to be able to enjoy later.

Professors who were previously selected to provide Last Lectures will not be eligible to give another presentation until three years after they were selected.
