Set up a 30 minute, one-on-one appointment with someone on our team and they will walk you through how to use software or e-resources. Bring your personal device if needed or you can use one of the library’s computers.

- Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, OneNote)
- Libby
- Ancestry Library
- Digital Library Services
- E-Resources (including LinkedIn Learning, Transparent Language)
- Canva (online graphic design)
- Cricut Design Space
- TinkerCAD 3D design software
We cannot help with:
- Virus removal
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Filling out forms requiring personal information (tax preparation, job application, government assistance)
- Taking apart a device
In the event that you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel your time slot so that our staff may assist other patrons.
