Clay County Library Programming Team is offering personalized assistance with software and e-resource needs. 

Set up a 30 minute, one-on-one appointment with someone on our team and they will walk you through how to use software or e-resources.  Bring your personal device if needed or you can use one of the library’s computers.

We can help you with:

  • Internet basics, usage and safety
  • Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, OneNote)
  • Libby
  • Ancestry Library
  • Digital Library Services
  • E-Resources (including LinkedIn Learning, Transparent Language)
  • Canva (online graphic design)
  • Cricut Design Space
  • TinkerCAD 3D design software

We cannot help with:

  • Virus removal
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Filling out forms requiring personal information (tax preparation, job application, government assistance)
  • Taking apart a device

In the event that you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel your time slot so that our staff may assist other patrons.
