Clay County Library Programming Team is offering personalized assistance with tech needs. This can include basic technical guidance for a variety of digital devices and issues. Windows PC, Apple, and Chromebook platforms welcome.

Set up a 30 minute, one-on-one appointment with someone on our team and we will help you with your tech needs. Bring your personal device if needed or you can use one of the library’s computers.

We can help you with:

– Computer basics

– Phone or computer applications

– E-readers (Kindle, Nook)

– Tablets (iPad, Kindle Fire)

– Device set up (phone)

– Digital library resources access (Libby)

We cannot help with:

– virus removal

– hardware troubleshooting

– filling out a job application

– taking apart a device
