Green Cove Springs Branch Library recently issued the following announcement.

Are you experiencing a technology issue? Do you have a question about a topic not covered in one of our computer courses?

Clay County Public Libraries offer basic technical guidance for a variety of digital devices and software. Windows PC, Apple, and Chromebook platforms welcome.

Set up a 30 minute, one-on-one appointment with someone on our team and they will walk you through how to use your technology, software or e-resources.

Walk-ins may be accepted if there is an open appointment.

We can help you with:

– internet basics

– computer usage

– Microsoft Office

We cannot help with:

– virus removal

– hardware troubleshooting

– filling out a job application

– taking apart a device
