North Bay Village home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in North Bay Village rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 37.8% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in North Bay Village in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Bay Village for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,164, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
