Clay County issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
Clay County is partnering with Nomi Health and Advanced Nurse Staffing to provide COVID-19 testing and vaccinations seven days per week at the Clay County Fairgrounds, located at 2497 State Road 16 west, Green Cove Springs, FL. Services will be available daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Vaccinations are available for first and second doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, and third doses for those who qualify. Patients receiving their first dose, will have the second dose appointment scheduled on site. Those wishing to receive their second dose, should present a vaccination card verifying the first dose. Qualifying third dose patients should bring a vaccination card verifying first and second doses.

COVID-19 testing is available through polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with results available within an average of 24-48 hours, or by Rapid Antigen testing, with results available in one hour. (Rapid Antigen Testing is for symptomatic patients only).
