Jacksonville University Athletics issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.
Celebrate the return of basketball and the start of a new era this Friday evening at Phin Phever, presented by Baptist Health.
It is fans' first opportunity to see the 2021-22 men's and women's basketball programs, with festivities starting in Swisher Gymnasium at 7:30 p.m.
Fans will be treated to:
Team Introductions
Three-Point Contest
Skills Competitions
Slam Dunk Contests
Opportunity for a lucky student to compete against a JU legend
Admission to the event is free. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Fans must wear a mask inside Swisher Gym, regardless of vaccination status. Click here for more gameday policy information.
