The Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee will meet on Thursday, November 3, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be virtual and can be attended by dialing 904-552-
4094 with the access code 243591556#.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person needing a special accommodation to participate in this matter should contact the Clay County ADA Coordinator
by mail at Post Office Box 1366, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043, or by telephone at the number (904) 269-6376, no later than three (3) days prior to the hearing or proceeding

Notice is hereby given, that any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee with respect to any matter considered at the
meeting or hearing that is the subject of this advertisement/notice, will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
