Bolles School recently issued the following announcement.
Bolles English teachers Laura Lane and Beth Curran are among 12 educators from around the country selected to participate in an online workshop through The Frost Place
entitled, “Revisiting Homer’s Odyssey.” The generative writing weekend will include opportunities to explore contemporary concerns about power and identity through Emily
Wilson’s translation of the epic poem. The workshop will be held November 13-14 and includes writing time, an afternoon revision class and an evening poetry reading for participants.
