Jacksonville University recently issued the following announcement.
Jack Dolan has been named the Southern Conference's Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday afternoon.
The announcement comes following Dolan's three goal and three assist performance against UMass Lowell on Saturday. In the victory, Dolan passed former teammate Eric
Applegate, to become the program's all-time leader in career points.
Dolan's assist on Max Waldbaum's first goal of the day, passed Applegate's 143 career points (70 goals, 73 assists) that was accomplished from 2016-19. The Columbus, Ohio
native now stands atop the JU record book with 148 points (77 goals, 71 assists).
The showing on Saturday was Dolan's 14th career hat trick, 35th career multi-point performance, and 12th career contest with five or more points during his time in a JU uniform.
Jack and the Dolphins return home this Saturday to begin a three-game homestand, hosting St. John's. Opening faceoff from Rock Stadium is slated for 12 PM and the game can
be watched live on ESPN+.
