This Saturday at Orange Park High School, Ascension St. Vincent's in partnership with Southeast Orthopedics and Preferred PT, will be offering FREE Sports Physicals! This is free and open to all Clay County students grades 7-12. Please arrive at your high school (or home zoned school's) time slot.
