140

Explore the places that built Clay County!

The Clay County Clerk of Court and Comptroller's Office, Archives Center, Clay County Tourism Department, and Clay District Schools have collaborated on a Clay County History Bingo Card featuring 24 historic sites to visit in Clay County.

Families can use the Bingo card as a game, exploring suggested historic sites all over the county, and marking them off as they go.

The Clay County Bingo Card will guide you through the history that happened right here in Clay County, while promoting civic engagement, pride in our hometowns, and preservation of historic sites, documents, and artifacts.

We invite you to celebrate the heritage of our local communities and the stories they have to tell. You’ll discover tales of strength, courage, perseverance, and legacy like:

  • What was built by the same company that built the Empire State Building?
  • Details that made southern rock music legendary
  • What natural resource was bottled and sold as medicine?
  • What parks changed the foundation of the area?
  • Who dared to do things never done before that changed the course of history?
Discover these answers and much more all right here in Clay County. Make sure to check in at each location to be entered into a giveaway, or play history BINGO that can be found in select locations. Enjoy your visit!

Get your Clay County History Bingo Pass here. The Bingo card can be printed for use or instantly delivered by text or email to use on your smart device.
