Grade 7 students on the Bolles Middle School Bartram Campus presented their Literary Food Trucks projects around the campus flagpole on May 17 during Activities period.
A seventh grade event, the project challenged students to create a “food truck” table exhibit based on one of the verse novels they read in class, according to teacher and organizer Gabi Fudge. Students were asked to either focus on a character in the book or on overall novel themes. Instead of exchanging money for food or giving out actual food, students showcased ideas for visiting peers.
