Clay County Community and Social Services Has Relocated

All community services are now available on College Drive in Middleburg

The Clay County Community and Social Services Department has relocated to 420 College Drive, Suite 107, in Middleburg. This area of College Drive is also known as the 'Helping Highway' and is the central location of a variety of non-profit organizations and community service providers. The area is also easily accessible by the JTA red and blue lines, which offer reduced fares for veterans and seniors.

The department is dedicated to the overall well-being of Clay County residents by providing quality services, access to resources, and a support network that leads to self-sufficiency, and preserves the dignity of all Clay County individuals and families.

The Community and Social Services Department can assist Clay County residents with obtaining individual financial assistance including rental and utility payments, and Community Development Block Grant funding for housing rehabilitation or emergency home repairs.

The Community Services Department also offers a referral program to connect those in need with local non-profit and volunteer organizations to help meet their individual needs.

Veterans’ Services, Volunteer Services, the Community Paramedicine Program, and the Clay County Grants Department also have offices at the College Drive location, making this facility a centralized, one-stop location for residents to get the help they need to improve their quality of life and strengthen their families.
