Safe Spaces help provide LGBTQ+ students and students with intersectional identities with a safe and inclusive educational environment. Studies show that schools that encourage inclusive Safe Space practices can improve a student’s feeling of safety, it can positively affect the school’s performance and it can affect a student’s overall well-being.
