Expand your career options in the real estate field! St. Johns River State College has teamed up with First Coast School of Real Estate to offer a 63-hour Pre-licensing course. Passing the pre-licensing test permits students to take the state Real Estate Sales Associate Exam.
The course runs November 28, 29, 30 and December 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14. The final exam is December 14.
The course is open to all members of the community and will be offered online or on SJR State’s Palatka campus. The cost is $350 and includes course materials, a review, the course exam and state exam review. Current SJR State students or alumni will receive a $50 rebate after passing the course.
